Automatic extension of EU Settlement Scheme. Automatic extension for individuals with EU Pre-Settled status.

The UKVI has decided to automatically extend the status of pre-settled status applicants under the EU settlement scheme by 2 years if they are not eligible for settled status or have not yet applied to avoid losing their status.

I submitted my Eu settlement scheme application about one vear now and I'm yet to get a response from the home office. One the website it says maximum of 6 month but now it's one year. What do you think I should to?

Is the extension means that you don’t need to apply for the indefinite leave ! Thank you

even after the 2 year extension I will not be eligible because of absences
Will i have another 2 years extensions or what will be the solution for me.
