The key to a healthy long lifestyle is to stay active throughout, especially dancing. YOU GO GURRLLL!!!!

You gotta keep moving. My grandma is 90 and the only thing keeping her going is that she always kept working and moving. All in her 80s she had a brain hemmorage, bad car accident, lyme disease and breast cancer which resulted in having both of her breasts removed. Yet still to this day I'll have to go outside and beg her to come lay down after doing yard work for 8 plus hours
