CCTV show tornado winds damaging school in Amory, Mississippi

Surveillance videos are available of tornado winds blowing debris through the halls of Amory High School in Mississippi Friday night. The school district has shared a photo of the school, mostly structurally sound, after the storm.

Whoever mounted that first camera needs a raise lol. That was like 100-150 mph winds and that camera went no where 😂😂 crazy.

The electrical contractor skipped supporting the lights and mc cable. A ten foot section just falls out because it was laying on the tile. Huge no no!

This needs to be included in educational videos to explain 'this is why we go to the hallways during a tornado'... That perfectly demonstrated just how effective it is... Back when I was a kid, I never thought that it would matter if we were in the halls or not.. because a tornado would just decimate us either way. But if I had seen this, I'd have been like "hell yea! they built schools right!" lmao.

you go into the hall because its usually the inner part of the building classrooms usually have windows and are on the outside wall.
