Hi rishi can you please tell me why people who live in mobile home cannot have external wall insulation I have been in touch and they say Grants do not cover them my mobile home is always cold in the winter as I suffer from.copd I can't afford to have heating on all the time are home are only 6 inches thick can you please help us to I am an oap

Hi Rishi, Why has the portal been delayed until the 30th of November? This means that the scheme doesn't effectively start on the 29th of September. Thanks
