Funny timing on this video. I am currently 3D printing a version of a mount model I found on Thingiverse. I edited the model specifically to address the button pushing problem you discussed. It is a 2 part model with a bracket that slides up and down on a rail to account for different phone widths. It will hold the phone in place using tension from a rubber band that links to 2 parts on the back side. The vapor mount looks super simple to insert and remove the phone. I also like how durable it seems. Thanks for sharing.

I just received my C2 Model D, one week ago. It came with a plastic phone mount. I have had the issues you've mentioned in the video and also have had it pop off the monitor. It really does not work well with the Samsung Galaxy S9+ with the Otterbox Defender case. My phone is pretty large and if you don't seat it just right it pops out. I will be ordering this Vapor Fitness Phone Holder. It now comes in a variety of colors. Thanks for the review, Shane. BTW, it is now $17.99.

👍👍might even work on my rower. 😁 I have a wooden tablet tray that I strategically stick my phone in. I wonder if this would "sit" on the tray and hold my phone better🤔

I have an aluminium phoneholder that I tuck under one of the ”bars” on top of the flywheel - as long as I don’t need my powerbank it’s functional....☺️

I just have some boxes stacked up to eye height. Then rest my phone against something to stand up. Works for me but definitely not the best b.c I'm turning my head rather than looking straight ahead

Maybe it’s the case I use, but I’ve never had a problem with my IPhone and the Concept2 holder.

I used a piece of baling wire and a piece of paper to shim my phone on my bike handlebar stem so I can Zwift.
