Interesting views. Thank you.
Just to confirm that whilst a Microsoft Family license gives you 6 separate accounts, you can not buy Copilot for the primary account, and cascade Copilot to your family members. Each individual in the family will need to subscribe to their own Copilot license. In Australia, that is quite prohibitive at $33 inc GST per month.

Thank you for your analysis, you've hit on the gap I was hitting with my family account. I could see the lack of a semantic index was going to make experience short of the demo's, but not even offering a directed reference to one of my docs does leave a big tick in the chatgpt premium column, along with the more mature and rounded support for the chatgpt {Android app, voice communication} as opposed to a gob smacking void when trying to add copilot pro to my Windows 11 laptop as anything more than a we shortcut! Again, really appreciate your deep dive, you seem to have understood the whole scenario better than anyone else covering this ATM. Full credit to your analytical AND communication skills!

Stunning Work. I just got MS 365 Copilot 2 hours ago....and was wondering "what if" a person had both Pro & MS 365 Copilot on 1 PC.

If I buy the copilot for business ($30), but I only have a family subscription... Do I get the option to create a presentation in PowerPoint based in a file of my own?

This was a very informative video! Thank you! One question I can't seem to find the answer to - what version of GPT does Copilot for Microsoft 365 use? Copilot Pro advertises access to the latest and greatest GPT4 Turbo, while the documentation for Copilot for Microsoft 365 is silent on this point? I've even read suggestion that it could be using GPT 3.5 and will be slow to use the latest versions due to business requiring "mission critical" dependability? Is any of that true, or does Copilot for Microsoft 365 use GPT4 Turbo as Copilot Pro does?

I’m sorry, after reading all the comments I still couldn’t actually get some of the differences. But it might be me cause everything is very clear. Excellent video by the way. But may be if I expose my particular case, you could enlighten me. I have an entreprise account for the institution I work for. But I also pay for the Family account, and I would like to have copilot that would actually allow me to reference my files (it’s like they do it on purpose you upgrade just for this). All are on one PC, is there a way I can get that feature of referrencing by getting copilot pro for my family account ? (With the linking method you explained)

I wanted a comparison of the output speeds. But you used balanced mode, which uses GPT 3.5 turbo, not GPT 4

Thanks for this! "I saw the word fustion" and knew I needed the 365 one... but man is $360 up front an ask... not impossible... but an ask... How ever I do like the features of standard buisnuss account 365 for $12 not that bad and I think I can us the Co pilot pro on top by switching accounts... So I might as well stick to it... But yeah I wonder why normal buisnus office can be paid monthly but Co pilot 365 only yearly or tryi yearly? Edit: Nver mind I think? Still got personal just in case but I needed standard for other things like mesh.

I wasn't surprised. Google released Bard's Workspace Extensions integration with Google Drive in the fall for free. Microsoft needed to provide something for 365 consumers to compete. $20/mon ain't bad.

Two questions:
1. Do you have an eye glass? Just wondering…
2. Are you reading of a script to the left of the camera? And if so, was the script AI generated?

the bias is strong with this one, gotta either go full on crazy for one side (this video was not enough) or be unbiased in your presentation. also gpt plus does not protect data, you have to be on gpt teams to have data protection and training exception. the bias doesnt make sense both use open ai's tech under the hood lol
