This Week in IT, I'm going to look at the main differences between the two paid versions of Copilot, Copilot Pro and Copilot for Microsoft 365, and whether it's worth paying extra for the enterprise-grade Copilot solution as Microsoft announces enterprise data grounding is coming to Copilot in the Office apps.

Hi! Im looking to purchase copilot 365 for business and I'm really interested in the data grounding thing. You mentioned, that you can give copilot three reference files for the grounding. What im asking is that how much data can be in those threee reference files? Can I, for example, give it a 9000 page PDF that consists all of my companys email communications and whatsapp conversations etc, and would it treat it as a one file?

SO my question in essence is that how much stuff can you jam into the data grounding thing? Thanks!!

This unfortunately tells us nothing. You can't go over the differences unless you actually use both and all I heard were speculations. I have copilot plus and when I log into 365 using the free versions of the online apps, there are no copilot controls. Logging into business basic also shows nothing which you covered. No way am I buying a full year of O365 Copilot just to mess around.
