Well for everyone who thinks SCP-173 would won your wrong bc this is just his avatar form and his avatar form is galaxy level while his true form is low outversal and yea SCP-173 true form is low outversal bc he killed 1/3 Scarlet king s leviathans and how you know SCP-682 who is high-hyperversal to low outversal SCP-173 killed being stronger than SCP-682 true form making him low outversal.

So SCP-173 can t beat SCP-017 in his avatar form bc SCP-017 is mid multiversal level so only SCP-173 true form("The koitern") can beat SCP-017
