I already knew it wasn't gonna have any affect on 173. After all the statue is just a statue that is capable of movement and has NO EMOTIONS.

It is the very reason why 682 and 106 fear it greatly. Both cannot get any emotions from the statue and the statue is highly hostile and kills anything on sight.

My thoughts on who would win, *BEFORE* watching the video:
Probably, *SCP-999* _"The Tickle Monster", _ due to SCP-999's effects, SCP-173 being _somehwat_ intelligent; Also, SCP-999 doesn't have a neck, so, SCP-173 wouldn't even be able to kill SCP-999.
