If you guys want to know your controls, go to pause menu > settings > key bindings > cellphone

So does it recognize your voice or u have a keyboard? I'm on xbox. And in the chat app on the phone browser only lets me message my friends, not anyone in lobby. Please help I need to cuss out some oppressors. I tried voice chat in the send message prompt on the phone but no words come up. Haven't really played since San Andreas. Thanks any help would be appreciated. Plus being high af isn't helping
