Thanks! I found the pre-flow ritual section super helpful. I realize I do have a routine before doing work: taking things out and organizing them the desk. Didn't think of it that way before.

I need to take time and dedication to enter flow states on skills I want to improve on. Thank you for teaching me how to do so!

Post flow is to sleep. Consolidate as soon as possible. This means a single task flow state between sleep periods is often more efficient in the long run than trying to flow disparate endeavors.

1:34 If during the flow state, our pre-frontal cortex slows down then how we are able to accomplish mentally challenging tasks effortlessly, for example, to remember something or to analyze something we use our pre-frontal cortex right? please make a detailed video on it.

Great video...thanks. I assume that is a font that you are using in the video. Can you tell me what that is? I would love to use that to type into my notes. Thanks

I've been watching for a few years but never commented. The "personal Control" slide isn't clear to me...I usually follow AoI without trouble but either the label or the description seems like a rehash of others in the presentation. Thank you for all of your videos--I've learned a lot.

I studied flow at university. I dont think its a thing you can turn on and off - without having put in your 10, 000 hours of practice beforehand.

lol, put a sign on your office door. Who has an office anymore? We are lucky to have a desk to ourselves in an office these days.

The modern world with its endless distractions makes it harder to achieve flow, but it's not impossible.
