In this video I will be going over the process of us buying a 2021 Woodmizer lt15 wide Sawmill! It was a little drawn out getting her up and running but, If you watch along you will get to see what all we had to do to make this happen! #sawmill #woodmizer #sawmillbusiness

The guy you got the mill from was very honest and generous to refund the money for new parts. He could have just said you bought it as seen and left it at that.

Hey Tyler, congrats on new mill. Regarding putting sleepers under mill, I put my Norwood on 6 x 12s. Your offbearer will love you for the extra hieght, n cleanup under mill will be easier. I run my leveling feet all the way up, and just use them for minor adjustments

Make sure you read manual on head alignment. Blade is suppose to be higher on one side than the other. You may already know that but just wanted to make sure. Thanks

You're gonna love that mill. I've cut 40"+ logs on mine, doesn't bother the mill at all, that thing is built to take a36" x 16ft log. I will say you need to raise the head all the way up when you shut down for the day, the gas springs that lift it will last longer that way.

Aviation 100LL is the best fuel to use. Shelf life is up yo 1 year.. Some aircraft sits for years without doing any damage. I on you will be usinsing the mill. Good luck.

Looking forward to seeing more videos on your lt15w. I am looking to buy a sawmill (maybe the 55), and your likes and dislikes of the different band saws that you have run would be great info for a future video.

I was watching with the volume down when that log shifted the whole mill. Thought to myself, he might not have seen that--that dog will definitely not hunt. I wonder if those feet are for mounting on dirt---but they aren't big enough for that either. Your productivity will definitely go up.

I found that I run all the gasoline out when you let it set up for over a week

Are you planning on building a log deck for the lt15 wide?

Since its got hydraulics, can you add other hydraulic stuff like a log turner or other things??

Why not de-ethanol your gasoline? Ethanol attracts water from the atmosphere. Pure gasoline will absorb approximately 150 ppm of water. Gasoline with 10% ethanol will absorb approximately 7, 000 ppm of water. To remove ethanol from gasoline, add some water to the gasoline and let it sit for 2 or 3 hours - then siphon the gasoline off. But remember that ethanol increases the octane rating, so this should be done with high test in order to have 89 octane gasoline.

What's the length and width capacity on that saw? You mind sharing what you paid for that?❤

Those feet do look more than a little rickety.

So I got the 35 and a half inches at the end of the video, so what's the length that it will cut?
