PuTTY SSH key and X11 forwarding

Demonstrating how to configure PuTTY to look a little nicer, use the Windows username to logon (assuming your Windows username matches your Unix username), forward X11 (to Xming, though other X servers will work) by default and create a public/private key to log on without password.
