Love it! My mother (from Malaga) used to make gazpacho but she always added a little bit of bread, just to give it some body. I had heard of "porra" but never knew what it was. I think I'll make some to beat the heat we're having! Thanks for another incredible recipe, Alberto! ❤

I love the addition of baguette instead of dairy to make this so creamy! It's 100F here in Northern California and going to be the same for the next few days (I hear Spain is also having a heat wave) so this is a great recipe to put together without heating up the kitchen! Thanks!

I'm lucky; it's really quite cool where I'm living (I'm even using a small space heater). I expect the high temperatures will reach my area soon, so this recipe is waiting in the wings. And by then, fresh tomatoes should be abundant.

We've had a terrible spring where I am (north of Seattle), so I'm about two months from fresh vine ripened tomatoes, but I'm trying this for sure... before the gazpacho.
