Awesome video, Paul! I love it. So many new and creative ideas we could try out, that in my case would surely last more than a year. I´m still trying to regain my stamina lost over the holidays. Wish I had one of those boxes to train on. They seem really useful and versatile.👍

I have started getting tuck and straddle jump to handstand consistent but anything pike still seems stagnant. A video demonstrating a drill or two to progress with pike jumps would be very helpful. Great Content! Definitely gonna try the box assisted tuck press!

I love hand balancing, but i have the fear to do handstand on a higt support. How i can pass this think? Have you ever had this problem?
