Hey Tenz I know you are probably getting a lot of suggestions for your sensitivity but I thought I share what has helped me(though I keep adjusting as I play when something doesn’t feel right so keep i mind).
You should have your L2/R2 button dead zones be as close to 0 as possible. (This will cancel out any delay from when you press the buttons to when they shot)
Dampen shooting sensitivity should be off
Movement dead zone about 0.2
Aim inner dead zone 0.1
Aim outer deadzone 0.9
All aim curves besides focus should be heavy or higher
Focus aim curve should be light
These are what I have for now though I’m still tinkering with it and you should do what feels right to you

I started playing Valorant during the closed Beta in 2020 on PC. It was my first PC shooter having grown up on consoles and I was utterly trash lol. Played the first two Acts and then got distracted by some other games. Recently came back to the game after its release on consoles and have played on both Xbox and PC. On PC I'm still utterly trash (Bronze 2) but on console I'm slightly better (Silver 2) thanks to it being new and everyone still learning the mechanics / not having to deal with people who are aim gods thanks to years of CSGO.
