Our provider shows how to cast a broken arm using fiberglass wrapping.

Today, we use fiberglass instead of plaster because it is more breathable, and comfortable and is still available in fun colors to choose from. A proper fitting forearm cast allows the patient to easily move their fingers and ensures blood flow to and from the hand.
