Early 90's surfcasting was my favourite type of fishing...my old Zipplex coupled with self-tuned Abu Sports Rocket with a 12lb-60lb tapered leader, 6oz lead, clipped baits, bait shield and lead lift....pendulum cast was the way to go for distance...learned it all from a popular fishing magazine with instructions from Mr. Neil Mackellow....

Pull the back hand into the opposite armpit as you push forward with your other hand out and you lauch it a mega distance becuse you can pull faster and harder than you can push.
