Hello Community!!! Welcome to Cenapsis. You are currently watching the Founder Aaron Burr's Song.
Here's the Life of Aaron Burr, the one who killed Alexander Hamilton in a duel. As his life was rather dark, I decided to score it in a minor key. I hope you enjoy it!

Lyrics:
February 6th of ‘56, sometime, on that day
Esther Burr, the mother gave birth to Aaron in Newark, NJ
At one, he lost his father, and at two his mother, dead
At 13, he entered Princeton, got degreed, but then, instead
Left in ‘75 to serve as an officer in the War
Then, in ’79, he resigned, went back to what he did before
He became a lawyer, then wed Theodosia, his aim
’83, she gave birth to a little girl who took her mother’s name
Interlude
Politics, his intent now, New York’s Senator, he’d be
Lost the race for president twice, but became Jefferson’s VP
‘99, Burr founded a bank, the Manhattan Company
Throughout his career, Hamilton criticized his abilities
Till one day in ‘04, they dueled, and Burr shot him dead
The public, outraged went after him, but from New York, he fled
Tried for treason in ‘07, was acquitted, I hear
However, what he’d done ended his political career
Interlude
Left the states for Europe, lived there till 1812, and
Tried acquiring funds to fight with Mexico for land
No go, so, he returned to his law practice that he’d mend
‘33, he would remarry, in four months, it would end
Burr passed from a stroke, September 14th of ‘36
His legacy, a duel that its outcome, he could not fix
Marred by his self-interests, Burr lost more than he won
Made rivals of Madison, Hamilton and Jefferson
