Of course there are more muscles involved, but these are where you FEEL this particular "crawl." 😳My one on one client Elie can confirm this 😏

Start in quadruped position (all fours). Keep your shins PARALLEL to the ground AT ALL TIMES! Move contra-laterally- left arm, right leg, right arm, left leg 👊🏽. Do your best to keep toes, knees and hips aligned as you move forward, keep the belly button/ribs pulled in and move

🏄🏽. TIP- have a towel ready at the end of the road ☹️😏💦.
