Siarhei is a founding member of Data Privacy Group LLC which comprises a group of International companies specializing in data protection. He has trained thousands of privacy professionals in legal (GDPR), technological and management aspects of data privacy.

Siarhei received his MBA degree in Germany and started his data privacy career at an international insurance company in Munich. He received his International certifications in data privacy: CIPP/E, CIPM, CIPT and holds a designation of Fellow of Information Privacy (FIP) by the International Association of Privacy Professionals (lAPP).

Manish is currently working with Mashreq Bank in Dubai as a Data Protection Officer (DPO) and is managing Global Data Privacy & Protection offices across different regions. He has experience with regulations like UAE CPR, GDPR, PDPL, DIFC, PDPO, PDPB, CDP, CBK CSF, QCB, etc.

He has gained good exposure in privacy framework components such as Privacy Impact Assessment, Data Subject Rights, Cookies and Consent Management, Breach Management, and Privacy by Design.

Before joining Mashreq Bank, he worked with EY(Ernst & Young), advising clients on various data privacy, protection, and governance themes.
