This video took quite a bit of time and effort to create so I appreciate all your feedback. I edited it in Adobe Premiere Pro and it has over 50 cuts. I also slowed down, sped up, rearranged, and even reversed some scenes to get it to sync up.

Thank you so much for all of your support as well as comments on this video!

If you wouldn’t mind subscribing that’d really help me out. More edits are in the works. Thanks again!

This song sums out how the fanbase felt when they saw Luke's return in this episode.

The fear in Gideon’s eyes really say a lot.
He knows that the last Jedi, the only one who could possibly be coming down that hallway. Is the same Jedi who walked into a room with 2 Sith, and came out alone.

I love Gideon's face. That look of horror when he sees Luke cutting down his robots so easily. Vader instilled terror in the remnants of the Republic, while Luke instills terror in the remnants of the Empire.

Honestly getting in that elevator with a robe like that on and knowing it won’t get caught in the doors is more ballsy then fighting all these guys.

I think my favorite part about this scene is how closely it resembles Vader slicing through rebels at the end of Rogue One. Really hammers home that to ordinary people, Jedi or Sith it doesn't matter. They're goddamn space wizards who can kill you with their mind and when they show up it's scary.

My favorite part about this is that Luke doesn't really have any idea what's going on. He's just looking for Grogu because of the force signal. He has no context and has never seen a dark trooper before

My new head canon is that Luke has ear buds in and this is what’s playing while he murder stomps the droids.

This is the Star Wars equivalent of the completely overleveled player doing a side mission after already defeating the final boss. No wonder Gideon was shitting bricks lmao

For everyone, it’s a fight of their lives. But for Luke Skywalker, it’s Tuesday.

I am telling you, the Mandalorian people really did give Luke the entrance he always deserved.

No wonder Gideon is scared as soon as he sees him. He doesn't know the details of how it all happened, but he knows this guy helped blow up two Death Stars, helped kill Jabba the Hutt, AND "killed" both Darth Vader and the Emperor.

See? This Luke is such a hero, he has his own 80s musical accompaniment.

What I loved most about this scene is it restored the mythos surrounding the Jedi. One man has just single handed dispatch a bunch of deadly droids that even a highly trained bounty hunter, respected/feared across the galaxy for their efficiency/prowess struggled to handle even one of.

You don’t realize how powerful these space wizards are until you put them in a show that didn’t have any

The thing I love about this scene is you see Luke and not a movement of his is wasted, he doesn’t block every shot or do any flips. He does what needed every cut is decisive and needed. A true Jedi master

Never underestimate a Skywalker when he wants to get to a youngling…
