Well as i was watching you I was working in my Hobonichi Techno cousin which is now super super thick and hard to work in and I still have half a year to go, so out came my craft knife and I cut mine as you were cutting yours. It turned out great, at the end of the year I will bind them back together with that beautiful thick kraft grid washi tape that was in one of our boxes. Thanks Mits.

I do that to hobonichi when it gets too fat. Its easier if u just cut the lines of the signature, and then u just separate the parts while nipping when needed. Lot less dangerous than just passing the knife. After that I put post cards or cardboard as a back/front cover to store the book and make it look cute. tape reall good and the end.

Very helpful Mits...question ...im on the fence about buying a B6 slim chic sparrow, can you tell me if the MD b6 slim is any wider than the regular midori travelers note book inserts?
