Chrysanthemum jelly with syrup brown. This particular recipe is from the book 'The food of China' by E.N. Anderson. The original recipe calls for the addition of gomme syrup, hence the brown syrup in the title. I doubled the recipe and added a bit more sugar (1/2c + 1tbsp).
