Chrysanthemum tea is known to be an excellent thirst quencher because of its "cooling" property which means it lowers body heat. This dessert is perfect for the summer!

Goji berries are also used in traditional Chinese soups. They are popular due to their health benefits and antioxidants.

CHRYSANTHEMUM GOJI JELLY

INGREDIENTS
2 cups water + extra for soaking
2 packs of gelatin
1 handful chrysanthemum flowers
1 tbs goji berries
Rock sugar to taste

1. Soak goji berries in water until puffed
2. Boil water.
3. Add chrysanthemum. Reduce heat to medium. Let it simmer for 5 minutes.
4. Add sugar, dissolve. Add gelatine.
5. Put goji berries in cups or molds. Pour mixture.
6. Let it cool before refrigerating.
7. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours. Serve
