U.S. athletes make history as team leads overall medal count

Team USA is leading the Tokyo Olympics in the overall medal count as history was made on the track and the wrestling mat. Jamie Yuccas takes a look.

sorry not everyone watches gymnastics and most will not say 2020 will be remembered as Simone issue, it will be remembered wit the number records broken like ledeky, 400 hurdles, shotput, 20km, 10, 000 m, 5, 000m runs, and more...the brother and sister making gold on the same day, thats is what ppl will remember.

Golds: China 38 USA 36 Total Medals: USA 108 China 87. China's edge is only 2 in golds!! While USA's edge is by 21 in total medals!! USA wins the Olympics. If Chinas edge in golds was by least 5 golds, then China wins the Olympics.

It will take another hundred and fifty years for these other countries to catch up to the amount of gold medals America has in history. We are still leading in the medal count be proud Americans!!!
