This video was sooo satisfying on multiple levels. I may have to break down and become a baker too...what's one more thing to add into my life that is good for the family? And another is the enjoyment if listening to you have a good time....soo many happy noises. Lastly, I'm on summer now and miss my school kids....this video of your self celebrations reminds me so much of my kinder babies as they succeed in learning to read...they sound just like your happiness at success. Looks fantastic. As I go through this journey with you, I could see this being a long series if you wanted. You could have more episodes with recipes, a couple episodes talking about the berries and which are good for what recipes, another on the difference between fresh ground and store bought, different books, and more. I am finding there is a lot to learn, just like any other thing you try to learn that helps not only with better health, but food preservation. Thank you for doing this series and the awsome first recipe which I will be trying this week.

If you measure your oil and put it in then put honey in same device it slides right out clean as a whistle! Also if you get all flour in your mix and turn it off for 15 minutes I throw a towel over mixer and then knead the dough it will reach its right kneaded stage quicker as the flour will soak up the liquids and the dough will develop better. Try it

Great recipe. Love it. Tried several versions adding honey and pecans to the middle along with cinnamon. I printed the recipe so FYI you forgot to Add the water to written version so I just hand wrote on mine. Thanks so much for an awesome recipe 😀

Forgot to tell you. Your wheat looks great, but as a precaution, it is good to check the wheat for small rocks. They don’t do well in the Wonder Mill.
The bread looks lovely.

Oddly satisfying is right. I was mesmerized by the wheat berries moving around and being ground by the grinder. Lol. TFS
