If someone say that bulwark is balanced, i would respectfully disagree.... Bulwark is broken with fracture build... In my opinion nekki should remove the talent of bukwark in which he puts fractures even if opponent blocks... People abuse the talent... Specially campers.... They maintain distance and just use that talent of bulwark to put fractures if you try and go closer to them
