Edit: Can y’all stop arguing so much over this. It’s not like your suing for just anything, If I were to eat something like seafood or sesame my throat would close and I’d literally die. It makes sense that you should be able to sue for someone purposely putting stuff in your food that you told them not to if it’s going to kill you. It’s basically attempted murder.
