Hi, I was doing all the procedures... I came to the windows update, I went to windows search... I moved my mouse and suddenly I close the windows that I was listening you and the actions of the process...
So the computer got stuck... I turned it off....
And the computer didn't came on again when I tried to turn it on.
There is not signal in the screen, there is nothing... the screen is empty. The computer is on, I can hear the fan, see the light but all the computer is completely off.
