It's like Witchcraft. It never gets old, and it hypes you up every single time. It makes no sense.

This loading screen is so epic that I didn't know it was one until my network was slow one day. Best loading screen in any game I've played by a mile

This is what masterful sound design is.

The music: not just the daring booming brass carrying the melody, but also the strings- setting the stage and then following behind the brass, responding to the brass in a heroic dance. The strings are perhaps my favorite.

the gritty TIE screaming of the pods penetrating the atmosphere, the pod’s metal stressed to its limit in the crucible of fire. You can hear all of it

It's gets me hyped and excited for the mission every time, it's an amazing work art all on it's own.

They could've just cut into the diving cutscene alone as the loading screen but they knew they weren't boring enough to be lazy. Always love devs that go a little bit extra and make you feel immersive like you're actually in the game, in this case, launching into action with fellow liberators to spread our managed democracy

I'll never forget my first dive. I've never felt such a rush of motivation from a videogame as I dropped into battle with my boys with the music blaring through my home theater system, seeing other helldivers' dropping in and the ships bombarding the planet below. No matter how many times I dive, this feeling never goes away. The game does a perfect job at immersing you into it and making you feel like part of an actual ongoing conflict. Thank liberty for the chance to serve democracy!
