That stroopwafel place is basicly just a tourist trap that got popular because of Tiktok, you can get a better and cheaper stroopwafel at any street market in the Netherlands. The Netherlands is generaly cheaper outside of Amsterdam as well, you really need to see other cities and smaller towns in the Netherlands to see what the country is really like.

Next time you're in the Netherlands you should definitely visit the Efteling. It's a fairytale amusement park and kinda like a Dutch version of Disney (but the Efteling excists way longer!) They have amazing themed attractions, lovely atmosphere and delicious foods. 👌🫶

Usually the Netherlands is more expensive than other European countries. You went grocery shopping at ‘Dirk’ that is one of the cheapest supermarkets in NL. Also you drank ‘ranja’ that is a siroop/lemonade and you have to mix just a little bit with water :)
