It's kinda scary how MatPat got it right after the revelations in the latest Q&A about the Wakey Wakey trailer.
The creators hated this version of the show because they were being pushed into getting it more "Political" and "South Park" like about their satire. So, yeah. MatPat got it right from a 20 seconds trailer.

I only just realised that the heart covered in glitter in episode 1(?) is ducks heart as shown at 3:15, ducks organs are covered in the same glitter as the heart.

someone already pointed it out, but becky and joe confirmed mat’s theory and said he was quite literally right on the money. they said that they didn’t want to make it like a south park or political tv show, and that after releasing the trailer, they scrapped the entire wakey wakey series and tv show. now e have the awesome mini series that’s out now. so, yeah, becky and joe were already saying mat was so correct that they had to get rid of it or american youtube wouldn’t allow it.
