I thought Otto was a suprisingly likable and I am glad Anna is back in the Spider-Verse.

I think he was superior octopus for one or two arcs. That story had potential.

Its hard for me, because I was done with Dan Slott's Spider-Man. But this is like a night and day difference between the mainline book.

If I were Peter it’d be so hard for me to be around Ock and Ann Marie. Especially since he was using my body to be intimate with her. Like man that’s way too weird

The one thing that annoys me is everyone going “why are you letting a kid out on the field.” Peter and Miles were barely any Older, not to much the Power Pack and how many other kid heroes. Plus Bailey has the problem of sometimes mutating into a man-spider, what else could he ever do.

The only thing i dont like, is that we might not see otto truly give up being a villain and become superior spider-man and go back to san Francisco

A little nervous that Pete actually took the suit from ock at the end of the story. Like isn’t that how he got u to switch bodies in the first place

Solid issue overall. Supernova is shown to have her own limits to what she is willing to do and is not just all crazy, Spider-Boy continues to be an endearing character and his interactions with Peter give me big early Miles and Peter vibes.

I am getting a little scared about Otto not becoming Spider-Man again and not a fan of the idea that Pete will just kinda masquerades as Superior Spidey with Otto in the background like a weird Terry McGinnis - Bruce Wayne thing. Hopefully its just this once and Otto gets back into his Spider duds proper.

Peter actually having something major to do with the plot of the story? Is it the 90's again. Seriously, this is a better written Peter Parker than it's been in a year and by Dan Slott of all people.

Ok jumping off subject here.

Hot take I think. Peter B. Parker from The Spiderverse movie is a better Peter Parker than the 616 comic version. Or at the very least better written. I see it this way, They didn't have him split with MJ do to some dumb devil deus ex Machina nonsense(I know I'm probably using the term incorrectly, I don't care), They had it happen in an organic more common man way. She wanted kids, he got scared and they split. Then they actually showed how devastating that was to Peter B. Then he attempts to help mentor Miles, but along the way learns more about himself, giving him the courage to give fatherhood a try and pick his life back up with Mary Jane. I personally feel like Peter B has had more to do with his Miles than the comics, but this is all opinion. What do you all think?
