Thank you for creating this - I’ve been struggling for three years to get better at class planning and find confidence to become the movement instructor I’ve wanted to become (and was even encouraged not to by people in the PT/Yoga field saying there was no need for me to add yet another training to my wellbeing toolbelt)

The teachers training I took (due to financial constraints) did not provide anything like this and so I was working off my own observations from the 18 years of yoga classes and teachers I’ve worked with and my 20 years of teaching experience - but it’s always been stressful and usually end up pulling the class because I don’t have the confidence.

I started adding more and more movement into my creative mindfulness and my skill based art classes last year - and decided this year I’d add some actual movement classes into my schedule - I’m four days out from my first one and I was freaking out about what to do to organize myself - this was affirming of my process and filled in the blanks I was missing!
