update lmao:
i got my braces off; they scraped off some of the decalsification (idk how to spell it. i sounded it out hopefully it’s right.) and they are gonna have to bleach my teeth on the 23 october of this year: but i’ll have to get crowns within my twenties.

edit: It’s december now but the bleaching was successful. My teeth aren’t as strong as most people’s are becuase the enamal was “ruined” because of lack of care, and having braces at the time worsened it. No matter what state your teeth are at, I really recommend just take care of them, as someone else stated, you won’t wanna have to get new teeth when you’re thirty. thank you! I had 4 cavities and a crown today. The dentists, yes it was a group, told me that it was great that I didn't need a root canal, and that getting a crown was the best option for me. One of them also told me that I had a "crack" in it too, and it was best to get a crown to protect my tooth. Thanks for this video. :)

was never taught about how important dental health is, but honestly idk about you guys but i really stranger taking care of my teeth once i got an electric toothbrush (only like $4) and i think it’s just my arms being to lazy to do all the work, so now i have some help. btw just went to the dentist and they said if you have small gaps (for me it’s the back of my teeth), then you can use floss but since my front have a little bit of gapping i have to use a “pikster” it’s like a brush that’s thicker than floss, and it’s easy to clean your teeth.

I had an expander for 3 years and I obviously didn’t brush well enough because I had huge decay in both teeth.
Luckily it never reached the nerve so they treated it like huge cavities. One of the worst pains of my life.

Luckily me as a kid had all my cavities filled before they all fell out so they all fell out and now none of my teeth have cavities since the cavities were filled before I had my adult teeth so yea.

I have two cavities, and I don't get to have that amazing laughing gas that everyone talks about. They put a needle in my tounge which is FEET TREMBLING painful, and that's just numbing. They scrape your tooth and fill it in or whatever, and you're left with a numb tounge. Couldn't eat for the rest of the day because it hurt so bad, and kept biting my tounge which was..you already know how much it hurt. Have to go through this again in May, so if you're reading this and haven't brushed your teeth in a week, you still have time. I'm warning you now!
