Tuesday marks three weeks since 5-year-old Summer Wells disappeared from her Hawkins County home.

The criminal histories and CPS issues these parents have are insane. Hopefully arrangements are being made to remove the other children soon. Poor Summer. She deserved so much better.

They never talk about what the gramma was doing or where she was etc. I think this mom may have left Summer unsupervised and she drowned and she's covering it up. I'm sure they proved she went to the pharmacy. And I'm sure they're more onto them than they are saying
