AMBER Alert: Crews continue to search for missing 5-year-old Summer Wells

After nearly a week of searching and almost 140 tips, there’s still no sign of a missing 5-year-old out of Tennessee.

Summer Moon-Utah Wells was reported missing to the Hawkins County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday, June 15, at around 6:30 p.m.

During a media briefing on June 21, Tennessee authorities said around 72 agencies from across several states had assisted in the ongoing search for Summer, covering about 2,400 acres. Officials are asking area residents to check their property for anywhere a child could possibly be.

She had to be taken by someone and she was carried out of there.If the dogs didn't pick up any scent other than the scent from her walking up the drive and into the house or she's there at that house somewhere that can't be seen.They need to look over every inch of that house and in grandma's trailer, I have a trailer in my yard and the bed lifts up and there's a hidden storage compartment under also the couch and seats at the table do the same.They literaly should be checking everything see if she climbed in something and got stuck.Is there an attic or a garage that have big tool boxes she could have got traped in.Any old cars or appliances in the yard.Are there any openings leading to the underneath of the house or open wells or septics on the property.They literaly need to look hard everywhere.I mean it's going on a week and they combed those woods and helicopters with thermal gear would have picked something up.Its looking real bad seriously.And I'm not one to immediately draw conclusion but almost a week later ya something's not right.

This case is strange. Dad's story changes, Mom calls husband at work, but not 911. Dad doesn't leave work until he gets all his tools. And if Dad is an hour away, how did he make it home before LE got there? Things don't add up for me.

Mama is so consumed with guilt that she can't show her face. Why aren't forensics taking blood samples from the basement floor?

If she wandered off they would have found her this is truly very sad everyone in that 1 mile radius should be investigated and the sheriff should be getting volunteers to search their homes if they have nothing to hide it shouldn’t be a problem with anyone

I looked at a map of abandoned, old mines in Hawkins county, and there are a few.
I'm not from Tennessee, nor have I ever been there so I have no idea as to whereabouts in Hamilton co that she went missing in reference to said mines, but it was just a thought.

And I saw tonight on a news article that he told news reporters about his wife's sister who disappeared several years ago.That made my hair stand up and I'm not an uncaring person or anything but it made me wander what his wife's sister disappearing years ago have to do with Summers being missing so either he thinks that the same person is responsible in both disappearances and he wants the police to look at that and if so what does he know about that sisters disappearance that he would bring that out I don't know that just seemed odd to me.That was the first time I actually thought that someone close to Summer might be responsible.That to me was like trying to throw his wife and mom under the bus.I just wander what is his true intention for bringing that out was.

I think everyone is thinking suspicious because the mom hasn't been in the public eye of people, the father seems to be doing all the talking for some reason mom is not being seen.I think the story is being told how the father wants it to be told because ya the real truth is not being told and I think he's afraid mom will let it out.The story does not make sense and the only thing that does is maybe mom droped the kids off then went on to take that other kid home and maybe from there she went other places probably because she had done this before and she thought the kids were safe at home.I honestly think nobody knows when she went missing or what happened but they are scared to death of anyone knowing the kids were home alone for a few hours.The dad I think does not want her to come out in the public.The dad is probably the one who came up with the planting flowers story.

I wonder if that little girl died at the swimming hole. I've seen the tik tok video of her climbing on the river bank. Something that a 5 year old shouldn't be doing.

She didn't wonder off they would of found her and noone drove all the way up there to there house and knew they wouldn't be seen and that the girl would be out side by her self lol she was murdered by her mother or farther then hidden

They probably hid the body up to 2/4 hours away from the house
