I have a question regarding the most recent update regarding the 482 short term visa. I just wanted to clarify if a person has to have had the visa granted and been working on that visa for 3 years. Or if the person has worked for the company for 3 years, and get their visa granted will they still be eligible to apply for PR (if they meet the specified dates)

I have a question regarding regional study points and Overlap of qualifications to meet ASR. I have completed a Master's degree in Brisbane. And now, I am planning to do a second Master's degree in Adelaide

-Previous Degree in Brisbane: Master of Engineering (1.5 years or 78 CRICOS weeks), completion letter says 17.5 months.
-Second degree in Adelaide: Master of Engineering Management (2 years or 104 CRICOS weeks). However, it has been reduced to 1.25 years because of Previous studies, and completion letter will say 15 months.

Can I claim 5 points for Regional Study? I want to use my second degree to meet ASR, and I think that ASR webpage says that overlapping subjects of previous study counts towards meeting the 92 CRICOS weeks and the minimun 16 calendar months
