For those saying this is too much work... this takes an hour at most to do with simple hand tools, this guy explains step by step on exactly what to do.... this is ALOT easier than most cars I've worked on and I used this video as a reference... appreciate the vid bud

If you really want to change your headlight and you don’t know anything about cars at all, like at all… Then this is the perfect video I literally have never done any work on my car but got this done in under an hour with the right tools I do recommended having electric tools makes it a lot easier

Hi, I just bought some AmeriLite headlamp assemblies for my 2003 Toyota Matri, and I followed the instructions shown here. I got everything put back together, but there is a slight (may be half a centimeter?) gap on the bottom side of the assembly. Is this relatively normal for aftermarket items? Did I do something wrong? Is it a big issue? Everything seems to be solidly back in place. Thanks in advance.

I renewed my headlamps today using #400, #600 & #2000 wet/dry sandpaper and some Rust-O-Leum Clear coat. Took about an hour each and they look new and I didn't have to turn a wrench.

This is a really helpful video on replacing headlamps. Since the Pontiac Vibe is another version of the Toyota Matrix, it's simple to see how it's done! However, I don't have a lift, so I may end up bringing it to the shop. Still, really simple!

So heres my question what if you dont have a space thats 25 feet long in order to make the adjustments like you did? With my car in my garage the farthest wall might be maybe 10 feet away. So what would I do in this situation?

I just put in new headlights on a toyota matrix 2003 xr. I took off the two top black bumper bolts and then just bent the fuck out of the bumper to get the new headlight in and take the old one out.
