How to Quickly Animate your 3D Character in Maya

Hi Creators,
Sometimes you need to have an animation done fast! This is a tutorial is for you! In this video, we go over how to set up your character in Maya and import it into Mixamo. I'll also show you how to download the information in to your Maya scene to have a final completed animation. This is a great method to create prototyping or poses for your character.

Awesome video! Didn’t know there were auto riggers that you could pay for, so this is definitely very interesting to know so thank you, and although you didn’t exactly show how to animate IN Maya per say, it’s still a solid video in that it shows a great way to get your character up and running as quick as possible. I wanna start 3d animation and I have really cool ideas for short movies or you can say I have something in mind that I want to see on the screen, but I don't know how to start. i also have confusion about the character animation, In case of creating a character movement from scratch do I have to animate each move of the character e.g if I wanna make a character talk do I have to seelect the lips, move them upwards in one frame and downwards in the second frame so on and so forth? Or Maya helps us with something like this?

I followed the instructions and managed to rig it, but what about the face? How should I proceed?
