As far as the night mode with current hardware, everything you mentioned can be done with the gopro labs firmware. Sure it can be improved with keeping a stationary camera and the settings but it's an action camera so it will actually need a larger sensor in order to be of benefit to most gooro style users. They should, (maybe this is what the 2026 cameras your speaking of) come out sith a camera that for goes the current backwards compatible and just create a totally new camera, these incremental improvements only are whats killing them

Altho the year of th go pro 10 was MASSIVE UPGRADES 4k 120, 2k 240, 5.3k 60, new chip...
Ye the log nd hdr on 12 is somehow worsens the image quality makin 5k footage look like 2k wen zoomed in and the touch screen in awful onnthe 12.. max lens 2 was the only great thing about the 12
