How to Identify a Good, Free Range Organic Egg

Not everyone can keep a little flock of chickens in their back yard, so how do you know if the perfectly labeled free range, free laying, organically fed eggs you are getting are the best?

It's tough to find good ones, but here is a quick tutorial.

Plus! Look for farmers that raise smaller flocks (a couple hundred at the very most). Of course, we are looking for free range (chicken tractor is ok if they are rotated often), organically fed (no soy and as many bugs as they can forage) lots of sunshine and humane treatment. This also means free from harassment of other animals or spraying in nearby fields. This is IDEAL... and tough to find. Be prepared to pay $8 or more per dozen. They're nutritionally dense and worth it!

Note... I would not pay $8 per dozen for any of the eggs in this video.

Huge difference between free range and PASTURE RAISED! $6-7 a dozen but I’ll never go back to conventional or free range again
