SUGAR 3/4 CUP
OIL 1/2 CUP
EGG 2
VANILLA ESSENCE 1 TSP
WHEAT FLOUR/MAIDA 1 CUP
BAKING POWDER 1 TSP

I made this today. Came out perfect in my 7inch pan. Mentioning it as the size of the pan was not mentioned. It could be made with less that 1/2 cup oil too.

I just made this cake now it turned out fabulously delicious.
Currently cooking oil is very expensive and I cut down the quantity to 80ml. I used 1large egg for this recipe. And made it in the microwave. It is a beautiful cake fail proof! Thank you for this video.

Just tried it. It came out beautiful. Hardly any work. Mine took 50 mins on 180 (No fan). My kids said that the cake is very nice
