That Detective Comics 168! 🔥🔥🔥 It presents so good! All bangers! The pedigree story about the brothers and the Korean War was cool. All comics come with a history. I like that CGC allows people to have it documented. That Crime Suspense Stories is amazing as well 🤘

Fantastic top 5! Love that FF cover more for Galactus! Hope he's not displayed as just a cosmic cloud again in the MCU lol Wow, that 1st Red Hood cover is breath taking especially with the pedigree! Great choice for your no. 1, such a significant / historical book! just made my top 5 comic video 🤙

Hey ryan, this is Bob in Connecticut. Well, I love the Eerie and definitely the crime suspense stories. I hope you never get rid of that.. OK my top five I told you I had to get rid of most of my books because I’m not a bartender anymore. I don’t do anything.. so my top five would be Superman 1 5.0 restored no trimming tales of suspense, 39, 8.5, fantastic four 48 9.6 amazing fantasy 15 6.0 Batman 1 5.0 restored. So I still have a few good books left. Anyway, I remember buying fantastic four 1 3.5 I only paid $2000 and a couple of years ago. I only got $5000 for that book. . On the other hand, I still have my amazing Spider-Man. 1 6.5 I also bought that for $4200. I bought both of those at Metropolis comics..

Nice books... Good info about Eerie #1 - I was not aware that was the first dedicated horror book; thank you for sharing the knowledge. If you find yourself in Raleigh, NC drop me a line. That Tec 168 presents really well for a 1.8... what are the major flaws besides spine split and detatched cover; potential for a 2.0 - MAYBE 3.0?

My 12 year-old son and I were watching your video, and I was totally fooled by your Eternals #1 joke. I said out loud, "What?! Eternals #1?" Detective Comics book is fantastic looking. The cover with the red hood front/center REALLY pops! Would you ever consider cracking and resubmitting FF #1?

Ive always wondered if you resubmit a pedigree comic can you receive a grade bump, or would you have to submit it without the paperwork.

Cool video-- nice picks!! My top 5. Fantastic Four #5 VG-F, Batman #9 VG, Captain America Comics #6 F-, Captain America Comics #5 F and at #1 is Fantastic Four #1 VG-!! They are all grails to me and staying in my collection!!

Have a question Since you showed a CGC restored comic...How do you value it? It is hard enough with understanding CGC pricing vs Raw but for older comics GPA Analysis may be too old/blank/not what the market bears... also do you then just look what Universal gets then take a percentage off... I know the price of anything is what someone will pay for it but for Silver/Golden Age books I feel the restoration should be judged a little differently.... Interested in your and other thoughts... really trying to learn...
