Buyers market. I try and buy 1-2 books a month and I only buy what I like.

I'll continue to hold onto my X-men 4s. Omega red was one of my favorite villains to come out in the 90's. Maybe... one day he'll get his chance to shine.

All markets vary, supply and demand, comics are no different and suffer from the same issues as many other trades.
Most comics over time will give a return but patience is often required and many cannot sit and wait.

Taking joy in others loss with @MIster Kim as an exception as some seem to suggest isn't our way but if we are in a dip it's nice that some can enjoy reading or collecting some of the comics they may have not been able to afford.

Returns and profit if that's peoples motivation can take years and even 10s of year's and if people want a fast profit it's the wrong interest.

I see a definitive resentment/holdback on investing the cost of grading a "Modern" book at today's pricing. So many of these modern books are unable to break the $100 barrier in today's market unless it's a 9.8. Many of these books were sent in around the beginning of the comic boom last spring that are now coming back. The market has become soft in this area as a result of so many books being sent in. Many sellers are taking a hit now that never experienced a down/corrective market. Everybody and their mama is a seller these days. I'm not a hater but rather a supporter of those who put in the harder work ethic that they should get the rewards. I see the easy make money wannabe's falling to the side. I will not be shedding a tear. When Greedy people lose their shirt it makes me smile. When hard working individuals build something from scratch that becomes successful that brings even a bigger smile.

Thunder Cats the cartoon was good back in the days but if they do a live action it might turn into "CATS" the movie😬. Hope they keep it as a cartoon.

Great video. What do all these books have in common? They are all published after 1980. Always be careful buying Copper and Modern Keys, they are relatively plentiful in high grade.

i think Daredevil 1 is the best buy for your money right now..Also, Daredevil annual 1 is way underpriced.

Is the price crash due to whatnot? I bought 4 X-men #4 signed by Jim lee in 9.8 and 9.6 from Torpedo comics for $100-200 for 9.6-9.8.

Ive been doing this a while ( collecting). I got my first comics in 1972. The entire movie tie in and all this crap has killed collecting for me. I have a few runs that need a few books and new comics are no longer exciting. So whats an old guy to do? Read my old books and enjoy them some day ill leave them to my nephew. He can put the babies through college and have enough left over for a fast Italian car.
