I have long hair and never do bun or braids - I just tuck in after I placed the cap using forehead as anchor. This way there is no big bump.

Every silicon cap I've tried is WAY too tight on my head. When I put it on, it literally crushes my head and it actually makes me feel very uncomfortable, like it's cutting off circulation.. And then when I take it off, it starts ripping hair out of my head! Why don't they make these in multiple sizes? No matter what I do it's impossible to wear this comfortably. I'm left using a cloth swim cap that lets chlorine get all over my hair. I feel like I'm doomed because they don't make a bigger size cap.

I really like how latex is thinner and cooler but they pull my hair don't really stay in place.

I mostly swim in the South China Sea in the tropics. There's no way I go in the water without a uvp t-shirt and a cap. Otherwise the longest time I can stay in the water is 15 minutes before I get a sun burn. The alternative is going before sunrise or after sunset.

I have to put my cap on starting with the back of head and pulling it to the front. Otherwise it slips off my forehead. Annoyingly it feels more cack-handed doing it that way
