Mint is going away! To help you with your Mint transition, here are our top three budget apps for families.

This app is for you if you're into Dave Ramsey's Baby Step process.

EveryDollar allows you to sync with more than one device so couples can use it together.

There's a free version that requires manual syncing of transactions and a premium version at $80/year that takes care of that process for you and much more.

YNAB (You Need a Budget) is best for folks who want serious financial management.

The ramp-up time can be difficult for some, but long-time YNABers report that it's worth it.

Cost is $99 / year.

A relative newcomer but fast becoming a fan favorite for many former Mint users.

Monarch is designed with couples in mind and its ability to give you a full financial overview is the best we've seen out there.

My wife and I are now fully onboard with Monarch after transitioning from Mint.

Cost is $99 / year.

What's your favorite budget app?

Love every dollar. I didn't know I could have my husband connect to it! Thanks!

I havent pulled the trigger on a more integrated budget plan app. Right now i use the checkbook app. Its a very manual entry situation but ive customized it enough to be functional for my needs. And its CHEAP

Had monarch, but they took too long to sync accurate balances so I had to drop them.
