IDE TO AHCI [ WINDOWS 10 ] FAST WAY TO ENABLE AHCI

The bios menu can be a little bit different using other motherboard model.

Brilliant, worked great. Only thing I would add to this is, create a restore point first as an extra point of safety....I didn't need it as everything went just as smoothly as in this video, but gave me a little extra peace.

The problem is there isn't Storage configuration option in my bios

This method isn't working for me
When i enable Ahci my boot drive disappears
After restarting bios it shows but after it gives blue screen error
so i revert it back to ide mode my doing same safe mode method

Way cool video, worked like a charm and quick and easy (Windows 10 Enterprise x64). I had that same Mobo, well the WS workstation version, rock solid. No more f6 floppy/USB install or fiddling w/ ports to boot.

Mine is AHCI mode but one problem it shows my internal hard drive as external (removable disk). So is the AHCI mode the cause or? Please help. And I tried changing to IDE mode but my windows 10 crashed. What should i do?
