I have r7 5700g and rtx3060 and my highest fps in endgame is your 1% lows and i have average 50.. Even tho I have better cpu. HOW?

Why do you get so much fps i have a 4060 same processor 16gb of ram and I get 120fps max in these situations with major framedrops (i tried factory reseting my pc optimazitions etc still i get fps like this in endgames
